• Jai Bhavani Travels provides car rentals, tour packages, and train, flight, and bus ticket bookings.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment

• Customers must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking.
• Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy (see Section 4).

3. Car Rental Policies

• The renter must provide a valid driving license (if self-driven) and ID proof.
• Rental charges depend on the selected vehicle, duration, and distance covered.
• Any damages to the vehicle during the rental period must be borne by the renter.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Car Rentals: Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Tour Packages: Cancellation policies vary depending on the package. Please check at the time of booking.
• Train, Flight & Bus Tickets: Subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• Jai Bhavani Travels is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third-party service providers.
• We do not take responsibility for lost luggage, personal belongings, or travel disruptions.
• Customers must adhere to local traffic laws and regulations while using our rental services.

6. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during bookings is kept confidential and used solely for service purposes.
• We do not share customer details with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
